Through a broad range of both company- and employee-led giving and volunteering initiatives, including our annual Global Day of Good, we give our people meaningful opportunities to lend support, connect with one another, and make a lasting difference.

How we do it
Global Day of Good
Each year, Insmed employees across the globe come together for our Global Day of Good — a company-wide day of service dedicated to giving back to the communities where we live and work.
Student mentor & scholarship program
In collaboration with Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC), we offer a mentorship program that connects students with Insmed employees to build skills, confidence, and career readiness.
Gifts of Good
Our Gifts of Good program gives employees the opportunity to nominate charities of their choice as potential recipients of philanthropic support from Insmed. Submissions are reviewed to identify organizations that align with our mission and values. Employees then vote to determine which nonprofits will receive support.

We focus our philanthropic giving on a select group of nonprofits to maximize impact, including:
Charitable team building and ERG engagement
We encourage teams and departments to connect with one another while supporting our communities through philanthropy. Additionally, our ERGs organize volunteer activities and collection drives aligned with their missions. These efforts provide opportunities for employees to engage directly with community partners, providing hands-on support where it matters most.
Insmed Cares
Our U.S. employee-led volunteer committee supports local causes by organizing events and collecting in-kind donations for community organizations.
Employee matching gift program
We offer a matching gift program to all employees globally, enabling them to double their contributions to the causes they care about.
