Global Healthcare Compliance
Upholding the trust of HCP and patient communities is imperative to our success. We market, label, and promote our products in line with applicable laws and regulations and relevant industry codes, and guidance documents to enable HCPs and patients to make safe and informed decisions regarding the use of our products.
Our Global Healthcare Compliance Program governs our marketing efforts and helps us uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
Our internal policies, including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, are aligned with applicable global standards, including:
- Ethical Criteria for Medicinal Drug Promotion from the WHO.
- Compliance Program Guidance for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers issued by the U.S. Office of the Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services.
